IT Supplier Manager*

Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Research, evaluation and selection of suitable IT providers for different areas (e.g. retail or supply chain) in the context of the Fashion Retail industry Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnership relationships with strategic IT providers Regular reporting on the progress of the project to management and the relevant departments Continuous verification of the provider's performance on the basis of agreed key figures and SLAs and measures for deviation Identification, assessment and management of risks associated with IT providers and audits to ensure quality and compliance Monitoring of expenditure, identification of savings potentials and implementation of cost optimization measures Management of all relevant supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and relevant regulatory requirements Close cooperation with various IT departments and other departments (e.g. purchasing, law) in the management of providers

Multiannual professional experience required in a comparable position, ideally in a larger company Basic understanding of contract law and relevant compliance requirements as well as basic understanding of IT infrastructures, software solutions and IT services are advantageous Extensive analysis of supplier offerings and understanding of potential risks in cooperation with suppliers Very good German (min. C1) - and English skills required High communication and relationship management capability Structured, independent and result-oriented operation Team spirit and a pragmatic hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
