For the Logistics & Process Management division, GLS Germany is looking for a new location in Neuenstein in Osthessen (system headquarters)

Put on. Think ahead. Control processes. Move nights.

You take responsibility for the operational and strategic management of a central logistics area and lead a strong team through the night shift. With an overview, a sense of decision and closeness to the operation, you ensure that processes run, quality is true and people like to work together.

Working hours: we are looking for the night shift from about 18:30 - 02:30 Total responsibility for operations incl. Volume, capacity and operational planning Management and further development of about 60 employees and direct management of 2–3 team leaders Control of budget and cost development and ensuring economic processes Ensuring and continuous improvement of service, quality and KPI standards Responsibility for occupational safety and legal requirements and implementation of safety concepts Control of interfaces, close cooperation with internal departments and supplier and service provider management Implementation of processes optimization projects

Multiannual experience in an operational leadership role in logistics with personnel responsibility Safe handling of key figures, budgetary responsibility and business relationships Experience in quality management and in the analysis and optimization of processes Communication strength and cross-departmental and networked thinking and action Organisational strength, determination and resilience – even in dynamic situations Embossed analytical skills and an independent working method Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good Excel knowledge
