Tasks

• Self-responsible implementation of wage and salary bills for a defined group of persons
• capture, care and check of master and movement data as well as time recording
• Correspondence with offices, authorities and health insurance companies, including registration and certification
• Contact person (m/w/d)
• Creating analysis and statistics

Our requirements

• Professional training, e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d), businessman for office management (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) and, if necessary, further training as a staff specialist (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in payroll / payroll
• Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Structured and reliable operation
• Responsibility and team skills
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
