Analysis, assessment and prioritization of requirements for embedded software and their hardware interfaces in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders Care and further development of the Product Backlog in the context of agile development processes (e.g. SCRUM) Control and coordination of the development team to implement priority software functions Coordination with system architects, hardware developers and technical project managers to ensure technical feasibility and functionality Support in the selection and specification of electronic components with regard to software requirements Monitoring of quality, costs and dates within the agile development cycles Management and participation in reviews, sprint plannings, reflections and retrospectives as a representative of the product vision Documentation, analysis and reporting of results to derive continuous improvement measures

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, computer science, communication technology or a comparable field of expertise Multiannual professional experience in embedded software engineering Knowledge of embedded C, software architecture and software design for embedded systems Safe handling of agile methods such as SCRUM Embossed technical understanding and product awareness Strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as sovereign appearance in interdisciplinary teams Very good English knowledge in word and writing and at least. B2 German language skills
