A focus of your activity lies in the supervision of the general legal issues in SGB V and SGB XI. As part of this, you are responsible for the independent supervision of your case up to a possible judicial dispute. You draw up legal opinions and carry out legal activities, such as contract negotiations, contract design and draft statutes. You will present the proposed solutions to the Board of Directors, the Executive Board and the specialist bodies of the GKV-Spitzenverband.

You have successfully completed both legal state examina (competence to the judge's office). You have a good understanding of economic relationships and joy in demanding and creative legal advice. Your passion for the profession as well as your strategic mindset, integrity, loyalty, empathy, communication skills and enforcing strength are personal. Your team capacity as well as the competence to appropriately classify complex issues legally and to present them in a targeted manner complete your profile.

From now on, it expects a fixed-term employment relationship in full-time (39 hours a week) up to 31.12.2026. Your workstation is located in the middle of Berlin with excellent connections to public transport in a modern and collective association.
