Your role

In your function as a process engineer in an engineering team, you will support the introduction of new optical assemblies into production, the standard joining process and in the series process. Your main tasks include: analyse and evaluate manufacturing processes to derive and implement improvements in quality, costs and throughput times

Define process monitoring and eliminate process problems

carry out independent laboratory tests in cooperation with the chemical laboratory and evaluate results

Edit special parts with interface partners of development

maintain existing jobs and equipment for measuring technology, develop methods and carry out measurements independently

maintain and coordinate internal and external interfaces and partners from development, production and construction and maintenance

maintain close customer contact

Studies Engineering with a focus on physical technology, technical optics, surface technology, mechatronics, laser and optics technology or a comparable qualification

relevant knowledge in the areas of optical finishing such as cleaning, joining, gluing, kitten

basic knowledge in the measurement engineering evaluation of optical assemblies, statistical methods for process evaluation

independent, structured working, distinct organizational and communicative skills in German and English and a safe occurrence
