As a central contact person for our executives, you advise and accompany you in all personal business issues – from operational concerns to strategic policy issues. You coordinate HR-relevant processes along the entire employee lifecycle – from personnel planning to development topics to exit – and are closely associated with the relevant HR specialist areas. You bundle requirements and process them together with, for example, recruiting, active sourcing as well as personnel development and ensure a structured, solution-oriented implementation. Together with colleagues from adjacent disciplines, you carry the TransnetBW-Spirit inwards and outside – for example through your presence in HR initiatives, internal change processes or external events such as trade fairs. You negotiate personal-relevant rules such as operating arrangements, actively shape change processes and maintain a trusted cooperation with the employee representation.

You have completed university studies – ideally with a focus on human resources management – or a qualification comparable to professional experience. Multiannual experience in a generalist HR role, in which it was particularly concerned with partnership with executives as well as control of internal HR processes, will also bring you along. As a reliable Sparring partner, you can convince with well-founded knowledge of working law and act safely in conjunction with specialist areas such as the legal department. You are familiar with HR systems (core, talent, recruiting) and have a pronounced IT affinity.
