Preparation of the economic technical feasibility and realization of the project, consulted in cooperation with the project team and with colleagues in preparation, construction management, planning, costing and other branches Contact care with external parties such as after-contractors, suppliers, specialist planners, etc. before, during and after the construction phase Observation of trends and developments in the construction industry and timely provision of information for the costing department and project teams Exhaustion of optimization potentials and further development of existing procurement strategies Determination of demand and creation of performance directories, collection and analysis of offers Negotiating and awarding contracts, follow-up management

Vocational training with a structural background. Desirably completed studies in civil engineering (MA/BA) or construction technicians. Also cross entry possible (construction material dealers or the like). Professional experience would be optimal, but not absolutely necessary (study graduates and professional beginners welcome) Interest in the realization of demanding construction projects Funded knowledge with the common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), ideally with Nevaris and Co. business / shopping. Thinking and negotiating security You should be motivated, reliable, confident, teamable, communicative, flexible, creative and analytical German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
