Buchhalter/ Accountant

Inventory management: organisation of monthly and annual meetings on inventory, production and distribution of inventory documents. Monitoring the stocktaking process and sampling, collection and verification of stocktaking data. Provision of data on stock ageing and stock for specialist departments, timely submission of inventory and stock reports to the headquarters and follow-up of progress in the clarification of stocktaking results. Activation and inventory of assets: Cooperation with the main accountant for the standardisation of the process of re-booking of installations in construction into investment assets to ensure a timely activation of the assets and compliance with documentation regulations. Responsibility for encoding and distribution of assets, organisation of quarterly inventory and submission of inventory reports. Investment project management: You compile data on approved investment projects, check investment change processes, track investment performance and summarize investment assessment reports. In addition, you support the collection of the annual investment plans and data on deviation correction and create capital commitments. Budget management: You are responsible for the collection and summary of the budget of the Kirchroth plant, monitor deviations in the budget execution, support the business units in the submission of deviation analyses and implement control processes for payments. Management of the cost delimitation: Ensure that all departments delimit expenses for transactions already carried out, but for which no invoices have yet been received. This is intended to cover these expenses in the correct accounting period.

• Complete studies in finance (e.g. accounting or financial management) or equivalent qualifications. • At least 3 years of professional experience as main accountant in the manufacturing industry • Knowledge of the Commercial Code (HGB) and German Tax Law. • Analytical thinking, self-responsive action and self-confident appearance in cross-functional teams. • A degree as an accounting book holder is advantageous • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
