Project Manager (m/w/d) Customs & Compliance

Supported by strong investors, we are constantly growing. As Product Owner (m/w/d) in the field of customs processes, you take on a technically challenging role with great design playroom. After Scrum, you work in a dedicated team to optimize processes and accompany the development of a new application in the customs environment – focusing on sustainable and future-proof solutions.

Product Responsibility: Responsibility for Customs and Compliance Products, including Backlog Management, Scrum Management and Release and Stakeholder Management Vision & Product Strategy: Developing a strategy that meets the business objectives and stakeholder requirements Migration & Process Optimization: Active support of migration of existing customers in new applications and adaptation of processes to new requirements Requirements Management: Creation and maintenance of User Stories and continuous improvement of product functionalities Release Management: transparent communication with internal teams and external partners to successfully implement new functions Product life cycle: monitoring, analysis and continuous optimization of product performance Cooperation: Cooperation with other Product Owners (m/w/d) and Project Managers (m/w/d)

experience: comprehensive experience with customs processes in the EU, in particular in Germany; well-founded know-how in key customs issues such as tariffs and levies, rules of origin and preferences, compliance and risk management, export control, customs warehouse management, customs procedures, Intrastat notifications and customs transit systems Tools & Systems: secure handling of ATLAS customs software and ideally experience with other electronic customs processing platforms; additional knowledge in Jira and Confluence Methodological competence: Experience in the application of agile methods in a dynamic environment Technical affinity: ideally experience with the development and implementation of customs software or comparable IT solutions Communication & leadership: clear, transparent and consistent communication with a strong focus on trust as a basis for successful cooperation language skills: fluent German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
