Factory Controller (m/f/d)

Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts at work level Calculation of product costs taking into account seasonal raw material prices Analysis of raw material, packaging and manufacturing costs Close cooperation with production, purchasing, quality assurance and supply chain management Identification of efficiency and optimization potentials along the value chain Implementation of economic analysis in investment Further development of controlling instruments and processes Support for budget, forecast and mid-term planning of the plant Monitoring of waste, waste and waste quotas Creation of target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses KPI reporting (e.g. OEE, yield, material input ratio, stock range) Support for audits and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. HACCP, IFS)

Completed studies in BWL, controlling, finance or economic engineering Multiannual experience in production or factory controlling, ideally in the food industry Knowledge of cost accounting and production indicators Safe handling of ERP systems (experience with MS Dynamics Navision desirable) Very good office skills (in particular Excel, Power BI / Power Query) Analytical Strength, Hands-on-Mentiality and Communication Skill
