With a lot of heart, overview and expertise, you take over the control and leadership of two versatile teams: The banking team guides you in a disciplined manner while you keep the coworking team on track. With the café line in the BLOK O, of course, you will be very close. The common denominator in everything you do: You bring people together, create structures and make sure that everyone can develop their full potential. You plan and tax the personnel and financial resources at the site, keep budgets in mind and ensure that they are used wisely and effectively. At the same time, you are a real communication talent and professional in the banking sector. Your feeling for people and your gaze for the whole will help you to appeal to new customers at eye level and inspire them for us. You have the same economics as the atmosphere: You make sure that coworking space and cafe are not only running, but living – and are the first contact person*in for all those who come in and out with us. And because you don't just think agile, but also prefer networking, you are actively building new partnerships, leaning on your network and helping to further develop our site concept and make our brand visible in the Kulturraum Oderland-Spree.

You have a completed bank training and a corresponding training e.g. as a banking specialist or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional and leadership experience in the sales area of a bank, detectable sales success and good specialist and product knowledge.
