At the next possible time, we occupy the full-time office in the Hamm 2 department for 2 years as Team Assistant (m/w/d) with focus on study-life-cycle management We are looking for applicants who address the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a lot of commitment and motivation and keep an overview in stress situations.

They organize the conceptual further development of decentralized public relations and marketing of the degree programmes of the Department of Hamm 2. In addition to the conception, the implementation of offers and measures to optimize processes within the study-life cycle also belongs to your field of activity. They develop new and adapt existing study program documents and information for internal and external use. In terms of the study key figures, you perform competitive analyses and evaluate them. They support, among other things, the management of the degree programme in the organizational and administrative field and perform various interface functions in the everyday university. In the case of scientific activities of the Department of Hamm 2, you will help with organizational and professional support. As part of cooperation with companies or schools, you will coordinate and support them.

They have a successfully completed (professional) university degree in a degree course suitable for the task, preferably in the field of economics or an equivalent qualification with multiannual professional experience. They are characterized by their pronounced team and organizational ability as well as communication skills. With regard to your working hours taking into account semester operations, you are flexible and resilient. In addition, you will bring very good knowledge in the field of MS Office applications. Good knowledge of English complete your profile.

The place is Hamm. Regulations on home office are available at the university. The two-year full-time job is to be filled at the earliest possible date. The grouping takes place according to the task of transferring and fulfilling the personal conditions up to the group of charges 11 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). Job placements are also possible on a part-time basis, provided that there are no individual reasons for service. The university has set itself the goal of promoting the professional future of women and explicitly calls for qualified women to apply.
