TIG welders up to 22€ per hour (m/f/d)

This is your area of activity:

• Precise WIG welding work on thin-walled and complex components
• Processing of different materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, steel and possibly Special alloys
• Welding work in the fine sheet area with material thicknesses from about 0.5 mm to 3 mm
• Implementation of manufacturing orders based on technical drawings and welding specifications
• Positioning, stitching and fixing of components with high precision requirements
• Conducting inspections and quality controls of the welds, e.g. by means of helium leak testing
• Preparation of workpieces by sawing, deburring and cleaning
• Reworking of welded joints by brushing, pickling or sand blasting
• Ensuring high dimensional accuracy and a perfect surface quality

Take this with you:

• Successfully completed training as a design mechanic or a comparable qualification in the metal sector
• Multiannual practical experience in WIG welding, ideally in thin sheet and precision segment
• High quality awareness and careful working
• Current welder certificates are advantageous
• Good knowledge of reading and implementing technical drawings
• Self-employed, structured and conscientious working
• Team skills and a strong sense of responsibility
