You personally address our customers (m/w/d) – from the first request to the final solution. You work tickets independently and efficiently, supported by a team. Whether by phone or in writing: You will find the right answers to all questions about the product. Your technical understanding helps you to clarify more complex issues. With your training in the ticket system, you can gain knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement.

Whether with experience in customer service or as a popular cross-entry – your sense of humans and technology counts here. Technical understanding distinguishes you, and it is easy for you to communicate complex topics. A service-oriented approach is just as important for you as a real sense of customer needs. With your empathic being, you can quickly find access to people and stay in a quiet environment. You communicate fluently in German in word and writing and have good English skills. You are clear in the communication, sure to step up and always ready to achieve the best together in the team.
