Specialist in receivables management (m/f/d)

Explanation of entitlement: Before a claim is prosecuted in court, you will check in detail whether it is entitled at all – with a thorough research on facts, debtors and contractual circumstances. Careful examination of attorney's sentences: You are reading documents from our external lawyers and introducing your own suggestions for improvement on facts and arguments. From dunnning to enforcement: You will appoint a reminder, negotiate payment of rates, enter insolvency proceedings and, if necessary, bring enforced executions on the way. Action in cooperation with our lawyers: You work closely with external lawyers in the preparation and accompaniment of lawsuits, keep an eye on economic viability and take care of opportunities and risks.

Expertise You bring several years of professional experience in receivable management or debt collection, ideally with demonstrable practice in judicial dunning and lawsuits – pure invoicing and dunning without any action experience are not sufficient for this position. You have an apprenticeship as a lawyer and notary worker, a legal degree or a comparable qualification and know the legal framework in receivable management very accurately. You can judge legal papers professionally and form your own assessments of the facts and prospects of success. Expertise With MS Office you work safely and also keeps complex processes in a structured grip. First SAP knowledge is a plus, but no need. Motivation & team spirit You address issues in a solution-oriented manner, have deadlines in mind and take responsibility for your topics – including for economically relevant decisions such as legal risks. At the same time you like to work in the team, are independently organized and communicate clearly and at the same time with all parties involved, including with external lawyers. You work structured, carefully and with a good look for detail.
