Care, administration and continuous development of the eQMS system Veeva Vault Management and support of IT projects in the quality environment Implementation and support of a global LIMS and ELN system Recording, analysis and specification of the technical requirement from the business and testing its technical feasibility Acquisition of 2nd Level Support, Error Analysis and Planning and Implementation of Key User Training for Quality IT Systems Support in the creation and maintenance of validation documentation Close cooperation and coordination with external service providers

Complete study of economic informatics, completed vocational training as a specialist or comparable qualification Knowledge and multiannual experience with eQMS (Veeva Vault), CDS (Chromeleon, Empower), LIMS and ELN Very good understanding of business processes in the field of pharmaceutical quality control First knowledge of ERP applications are advantageous Hands-on mentality, team orientation, entrepreneurial thinking Communication skills across all hierarchical levels Flowing German and good English skills
