Service & Customer Service: You are autonomously engaged in small-scale projects in customer service and in the follow-up service of our built electrotechnical systems. After completion of the project, you are a central contact for our customers. Coordination of services: You plan and control maintenance, repairs, warranty work and minor modifications or extensions. You always have time, capacities and priorities in mind. Controlling after-contractors: You commission and coordinate after-contractors for service and maintenance. Quality, timeliness and compliance with our standards are reliable. Offer creation & efficiency: You calculate service deployments, set up repair and modernization services and monitor costs as well as budgets. Technical quality assurance: You control the professional execution of all work and ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations and safety requirements. Advice & further development: You recognize optimization potentials at existing plants and actively advise our customers on technical improvements and enhancements.

Technical qualification: You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering with further training as an electric master. Alternatively, you have a qualification as a technician ELT or a comparable training. Professional experience: You bring practical experience in customer service, maintenance, maintenance or the handling of electrotechnical projects. Service and customer orientation: You're going to be safe, working on solution-oriented and thinking economically. IT knowledge: You work organized and team-oriented and are safe to use ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications. Working: You work independently, reliably and with a high quality standard. Mobility: You have a class B licence.
