In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a software team with a focus on agile, efficient and motivating cooperation. You are responsible for the planning, prioritization and successful implementation of software projects for pharmaceutical pilot plants and prototypes. With your team and in close cooperation with engineering teams, you develop interdisciplinary mechatronic solutions as well as software architectures. You ensure the quality of the software and regulatory compliance, taking into account, for example, GAMP 5, FDA, CFR 21 Part 11 by testing, reviews and verification. You manage innovation projects in close interface work with internal and external stakeholders and with respect to budget and resources and accompany the implementation until commissioning and complete documentation.

You have a completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable qualification. You will be happy to use your existing leadership experience to promote innovation and guide your team efficiently and motivatingly. Multiannual professional experience in special pharmaceutical machinery and plant engineering and in dealing with regulatory requirements are already bringing you with .
