Bauhelfer / Productionhelfer Holzbau (m/w/d)

In the manufacturing / workshop:

• Production of wood elements: You support the production of wall, ceiling and roof elements for our sustainable wooden buildings.
• Material preparation: You prepare wood and other materials, watch and make sure everything is ready for production and construction.
• Security & transport: You help prepare the wooden elements for transport to the construction site. If you have a stacker ticket, you will also take over the safe transport of the materials and elements with the side stacker.

On site:

• Mounting inserts: You create modern halls as well as multi-storey wooden living and office buildings – precise, efficient and in the team.
• Assembly work: You mount our prefabricated wooden elements directly on the construction site with modern technology.
• Input times: Depending on the site, you work either from Monday to Friday with a daily home trip or in the 4 day model with accommodation – Friday is free of work.

• Manual skill: You like to work practically, can handle tools and machines and bring craftsmanship.
• Motivation & ready-to-use: You like to pack up – whether in the factory hall or at the construction site – and get involved in the team.
• Short certificate – no need: If you have a fork, it's a plus. Otherwise, you work in the production team without forklift tasks.
• Reliability and team spirit: You are reliable, work carefully and are someone you can rely on.
