You develop targeted sourcing strategies and use Active Sourcing. You conduct interviews and accompany candidate: within the entire process. You work closely with our customers and advise them in the selection process. You build talent pools and maintain relevant contacts. You ensure a positive candidate experience - clear, value-adding and binding. This distinguishes you: Completed training / studies in HR, business, human resources management, etc. Experience in recruiting professionals, e.g. in aerospace, automotive or mechanical engineering. Knowledge of employee transfer and labour law. Passion for talent acquisition and a good feel for White Collar profiles. Structured, discreet and responsible operation. Expressed concept of services.
