In this function, you are also responsible for the competent support of our employees on personal business topics. Your tasks include the creation and maintenance and testing of billing and control-relevant data for a defined group of employees. You are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the time economy and for the time-to-day implementation and control of the pay bills. You are responsible for the processing and supervision of the access data in the access organization. The independent handling of in- and external correspondence and the creation of certificates are their everyday tasks. You perform different reports based on SAP HCM and monitor corresponding data. You will also provide information on billing-related and general personal business issues.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. You have good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law and bring professional experience in this area. A secure application of MS Office programs, ideally also good SAP HCM knowledge round off your profile. Care in your way of working and loyalty are a matter of course and your daily claim. We require appropriate service orientation and personal sensitivity.
