What should you bring?

• Completed design for machining mechanic turning technology or comparable
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in operating machines with Siemens control 840D
• Structured and independent operation
• Conscientious and safe handling when reading technical drawings
• Safe handling of conventional measuring devices
• ready for use in 3-layer operation

What do you expect?

• Self-preparing, brushing and operation of CNC lathes of the manufacturers Wohlenberg, Niles and Heyligenstaedt in the fields of pipe production and medium turning
• Processing of components up to 8m length
• Manufacturing according to SAP production orders incl. Worker self-examination
• manufacture of high-quality components for weapons systems by turning, deep drilling, grinding etc.
• Testing and measuring the finished workpieces according to technical specifications and/or test plans
• Recognize and implement process improvements
• Feedback of the work performance to a BDE system
