Your profile

• They have completed technical, commercial or administrative vocational training,

• have relevant knowledge in the IT field or a high IT affinity and willingness to work into this area,

• work independently, thoroughly, structured and efficient,

• can express itself orally and in writing well and deal safely with the common information technology media and programs,

• ideally already have experience in the field of user management and IT equipment at the office workstation,

• have organizational talent, a quick understanding, joy in working in the team and are ready to respond to changes in your tasks and their requirements

• and are a service-oriented personality, which can communicate with administrative institutions in the secondary field in a targeted manner.

Your tasks:

• Management and maintenance of user accounts, AD data objects, file directories, permissions and email distributors (with the Tool Operations Manager)

• Communication with and consulting services in the secondary sector

• Ordering and voting of order processes and tickets at the central service provider of the country (BITBW)

• Asset Management in the standard system of the service provider (USU Valuemation)

• Control and coordination of the installation of software unless it is part of the BK standard workstation

• Administrative tasks of the office.

A change in the task section is reserved.

It is a full-time job, which is generally participatory.

She expects:
