As a customer advisor in the field (m/w/d) you are the face of credit reform in the region of Southwest Saxony. You understand the needs of your members, advise solution-oriented and actively contribute to ensuring their economic stability. This includes: Customer advice: You advise our members comprehensively and demand-oriented in the areas of credit, economic information, risk management and receivable management. Precision solutions: You identify the appropriate services from our product portfolio and integrate them into the risk management of our members, for sustainable safety and efficiency. Customer Care: You actively maintain and develop existing business relationships, identify potentials and increase customer benefits in a targeted manner. New customer acquisition: Through targeted and professional sales activities in the field, you win new members for credit reform. Presentation & Negotiation: You convince decision-makers with sound arguments, clear presentations and sovereign negotiations. Strategic responsibility: You secure important customer relationships in the long term and sustainably strengthen their risk management.

Networking: You establish and maintain contacts with relevant decision-makers in the regional economy and position themselves as experts in credit quality and risk management. Reporting & Analysis: You carry out business evaluations, document your activities transparently and thus form the basis for effective sales management.

Industrial foundations: You have a solid basic knowledge of the economy and can explain complex relationships in a comprehensible manner. Consulting competency: From our extensive product portfolio, you identify the appropriate service and integrate it specifically into the customer's risk management with the aim of setting it up safely and in a sustainable manner. Sales experience: You convince in consulting-intensive sales, attract new customers and build existing business relationships in a targeted manner. Communication strength: You are safe, binding and professional on both personal conversation and presentations or negotiations.
