In this newly created function, you act as a direct savings partner (m/w/x) for the Managing Director Marketing & Digital to further expand the business operationally and strategically.

Support in the further development and optimization of our e-commerce activities in direct coordination with the Managing Director Marketing & Digital Implementation of strategic projects in cross-functional teams Implementation of projects to increase growth and efficiency and identify potentials Identification and analysis of relevant KPIs, as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action Project-related communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders

Highly well-established studies at a top university in the field of economics or comparable studies First practical experience, e.g. through internships, in a management consultancy and/or a start-up of advantage Very good analytical skills associated with a pronounced hands-on mentality High level of motivation to advance themes Quick conception and structured operation Embossed initiative, willingness to deploy and viability
