At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a personal controller (m/w/d) in full time for our corporate headquarters in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Reporting and analysis: compiling statistics, analyses and interpretations of all HR reports as a basis for decision-making for the departments and management. Monthly and annual accounts: preparation and further development of HR reporting for monthly and annual accounts. Advice: support and advice of the executives in the clinics and departments as well as close cooperation with the payroll accounting, recruiting and financial controlling. Budget and Forecast planning: Personal needs analysis and billing depending on top-line parameters. Further development: participation in the implementation of cross-departmental projects. Technological optimization: development and optimization of the reporting possibilities in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud as well as expansion of new KPI instruments (e.g. predictive forecast). Business development: deriving recommendations for action for process optimization and preparation of decision bases.

Qualification: Complete study of economics (ideally with a focus on controlling) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in (personal) controlling. Competences: independent, proactive mode of operation with pronounced numerical understanding and high analytical capability. IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is advantageous. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge.
