You plan and tax the Department strategically and operationally to efficiently use budget and resources With your team, you make sure that the IT systems of SV Informatik are stable, safe and performant You are coach:in and motivator:in your executives and employees in the main department You are responsible for developing the IT infrastructure of SV Informatik strategically and operationally. You proactively shape your main division in the context of the further development of the enterprise and control the change associated with it. You are planning and implementing IT projects that are constantly contributing to improving the infrastructure and security

You have already gained positive experience in managing divisions or teams in IT operations Ideally, you have experience in implementing regulatory requirements in the financial sector and know you with common IT frameworks like e.g. B. ITIL and COBIT You think strategically, but also pragmatically, depending on the situation, and you're packing You bring the ability to manage change processes safely and effectively You have excellent communication skills, are an empathic and team-oriented person, and you are a leader in leadership. You are engaged and aware of your commitment and have experience in the management of critical situations You have completed your studies in computer science or have a comparable qualification
