Qualification: completed university studies (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) of real estate management, business management or law or a comparable qualification as an alternative a completed vocational training or Professional training in the commercial sector with current (last 5 years) at least one-year practical experience in the real estate industry Competences: Expertise and ideally practical experience in the real estate industry of advantage Knowledge of the real estate market, real estate marketing and property valuation desirable safe handling of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) User knowledge of the technical application SAP or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Other: Class B driver's licence and standby for the independent operation of motor vehicles Willingness to carry out full-day missions Completion for successful discussion and negotiation, sovereign appearance good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow social competence, in particular conflict and team capacity
