As a “Nachteule” you are the first contact person for our guests during the night and responsible for the reception, advice and support. Your duties include check-in and check-out and reservation handling. Professional telephone and e-mail services are also part of your field of activity. You make tours at the hotel to make sure that there are no disturbances and start the day out.
