The customer & markets division is responsible for the interface between electricity grid Berlin, our customers and market partners. The field of connection projects & individual customers accompanies large private companies, institutional customers and contractors in the realization of complex network connections and supervises them over the entire life cycle of their connections.

As a specialist field managerin connection projects & individual customers, you combine three key roles: leadership, strategic process ownerin and key account representative*in for electricity grid Berlin. Your task includes: Professional, disciplinary and strategic leadership of the two group leaderships as well as further development of a powerful and value-adding leadership culture Responsibility for budget, resource and personnel planning Strategic development of the network connection business for complex connection projects above 173 kVA at all levels of power in the context of energy transition, electrification, increasing power requirements and regulatory changes; These include, for example, the implementation of the network connection package as well as flexible network connection contracts, allocation and repartition procedures as well as network connection solutions Responsibility for the further development of end-to-end processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer satisfaction, throughput times, process quality and efficiency, as well as on data-based control of the field using modern reporting and dashboard solutions Building and maintaining resilient relationships with strategically relevant customers, partners and stakeholders as well as representing electricity grid Berlin with respect to business, politics, associations and the public at specialist events, congresses, trade fairs and panel discussions.
