Locations: Frankfurt (Main), Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne, Mannheim and Munich.

As a Legal Commercial Professional (m/w/d), you are looking for the acquisition and analysis of the company's commercial standards and preparing complex negotiations - and thus contribute to the sustainable success of our company. Contracts: You analyze and collect the client framework agreements of the most important accounts of the company. You strengthen the framework contract database team and ensure the correct collection of relevant commercial KPIs. Consultation: You support consulting on contractual obligations and design of contracts. Stakeholder Management: You are reviewing and supporting the creation of benchmark formulations for our standard commercial contractual clauses and accompany the roll-out into all businesses. Negotiation: You support the traders in commercial consulting during the tendering phase and during the entire contract term. You are responsible for time-limit management and identify the need for action. Strategy: You are part of a strategic department directly under the Board of Management and prepare large-volume negotiations together with the negotiator.

Complete study of law or business administration (legal studies or economic law studies preferred). Professional experience in contract law or contract collection (primarily group, WPG, top-tier advice or similar). Analysis and understanding of complex facts, extremely detailed with pronounced communication and working skills, careful working. Self-motivated, service-oriented and targeted work setting. German and English very well in word and writing (to be negotiated), good knowledge in the gänging MS Office applications.
