• by the accompaniment of pupils with and without fleeing background in the educational course AVdual
• through individual funding planning and review of progress with the help of target agreement discussions
• through the social-pedagogical counselling and care of young people - in consultation with the youth social work
• by supporting and supporting the internship search and implementation as well as taking over the function as a contact person (m/w/d) for internships
• through the joint search for training/connection perspectives
• through the documentation of all assigned students

• with your completed studies in the field of social education, social work or medical education (each with state recognition) or with comparable studies
• with your professional experience in the field of education
• with your good knowledge of the life situations of young people and young adults, in particular as regards the transition from school to work
• with your good knowledge of assistance and counselling systems in the field of vocational training
• with your good knowledge of MS standard software
• through your knowledge of the application of pedagogical and didactic methods as well as of consulting and discussion techniques
• by your high degree of self-organization and reliability
• through your team skills and your pleasure in dealing with young people
• through your safe occurrence and your good conflict management
• by your ability to professional distance from difficult and stressful individual cases

This position is to be taken part-time with an employment of 80% (part-time possible) in the field of education management in the Office for Schools, Education and Culture at the Maria-Merian School in Waiblingen. The body shall be occupied until 31 August 2027.
