Professional experience: practical experience in one of the relevant plants, e.g. track construction, driver, railway operator in the service (EiB), control and safety technology (LST), electrical engineering, safety personnel or track construction machines – ideally with leadership experience, e.g. as a polisher (m/w/d), foreman (m/w/d), team leader (m/w/d) or factory manager (m/d) Development: AEVO trainer qualification is not a must – it can be acquired through our SPITZKE AKADEMIE FOR TRAINING AND TRAINING AG Enthusiasm: commitment, empathy and enforcement, as well as affinity for digitalization Responsibility: taking responsibility as a model, promotion and motivation of trainees, as well as course participants and willingness to participate in occasional missions
