As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

Solution Delivery Managment (SDM) is the contact person for the customer Bundeswehr (Bw) regarding technical contractual aspects. The SDM thus represents the interface between Delivery and Customer Bundeswehr during the contract performance phase. SDM is responsible for the contract-oriented service and service provision and the related contractual services (Deliverables).

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable (vocational)training
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the field of service or Solution Delivery Management
• Long-term experience in service or Solution financial calculations, in the context of customer support, as well as a pronounced expertise in the interaction of several disciplines
• Basic understanding of portfolio and contract structures
• Analytical thinking and target orientation
• Power of decision and implementation as well as communication and team skills
• readiness to travel

Your tasks:

• Working in customer projects and taking responsibility for customer projects at the transition to regular operations
• Ensure the necessary conditions for the control operation
• Support of technical units with regard to the nature and quality of service provision to fulfil the contractual obligations
• Overarching control and coordination of various service providers
• Primary contact for the customer/contractor during the contract performance phase
• Overarching control and coordination of several service providers
• Control and control of the contractual budget available for the respective projects and projects
• Cooperation in relevant bodies
