Processing project-related tasks in the branch Coordination of BIM projects Accompanying the fields of application of the BIM method in projects Practice-oriented knowledge (best practice) Control of activities in the BIM branch Development, updating and communication of internal BIM standards, tools and processes (Lessons Learned) Participation and content preparation of professional consultations and workshops on BIM Organisation and coordination of cross-disciplinary knowledge management for the application of the BIM method Acquisition of key figures from the branch for BIM reporting to the management Advising the offices in basic and legal questions on BIM Development of training content and implementation of project-specific individual training Contact person and multiplier for the departments in the branch

Successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering, construction informatics or comparable qualifications Knowledge and practical experience in the handling of BIM projects (Application of the Building Information Modeling Method) and in project management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence That would be desirable: Experiences in interdisciplinary project processing, collaborative working methods and the use of collaboration tools (CDE) Knowledge in the use of coordination, testing and author software in the BIM environment Experiences with infrastructure projects, performance phases and planning processes according to HOAI Insight into data and process management Know-how in the organisation and implementation of workshops and training Your personal strengths include: Impressed ability to interdisciplinary thinking and integral cooperation Problem-solving competence, very good analytical and methodological skills for task detection and solution description in the context of BIM processes High affinity for digital operations (processes and digitization) High capacity for persuasion, enforcement and coordination with very good communication and team skills Safe occurrence and negotiation skills as well as high level of responsibility, ease of use and availability Structured, independent and targeted mode of operation
