You work closely with our AI management and support in the technical implementation and introduction of new AI systems and agents based on modern platforms such as Langdock. You are a central interface between the specialist departments and our AI tools and jointly develop practical technical solutions – using various assistants, workflows and APIs (e.g. SAP, Microsoft 365). As part of the team, you are constantly developing our company-wide generative AI platform and accompanying change projects with AI focus. At the start project, you will participate in the introduction and optimization of the AI-supported chatbot on the lavera website – from technical fine adjustment to the processing of customer requests to the continuous improvement of user experience. You recognize new potentials for AI use, evaluate different application options and introduce innovative ideas for smart, automated workflows.

Student (m/w/d) – ideally in BWL, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, Consulting or a comparable field of expertise. Safe handling of AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Enthusiasm for current AI trends and new technologies. Analytical, structured functioning as well as self-initiative and service orientation. Clear communication, team skills and enthusiasm. First experiences with AI workflows, AI agencies or basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs) are advantageous. Knowledge of the communication between technology and disciplines, a basic understanding of technical relationships and APIs as well as practical experience with LLM platforms such as Langdock or the integration of AI solutions complete your profile.
