UX/UI Designer | Concept & Design (m/f/d)

Branch: Computer science, informati... Branch: Computer science, information and communication technology

Heartworking in Hannover. In full or part-time. Hybrid. We build digital platforms for well-known customers from insurance, energy supply, industry and other industries: tariff computers, customer portals, configurators, application flows – applications that use hundreds of thousands of people. When nobody finds out how complicated it was under the surface, we did our job. You get what agencies rarely offer with us: a customer you can really get to know. Our customer relationships have existed for many years, most longer than ten. Rather product management as a project business. For this we are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer:in (w/m/d), who works in products, shapes them and takes responsibility from the first idea to beyond the Go level. All welcome. We are pleased to receive applications from all genders, origins and life paths. .

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

SOMETHING You are responsible for the design and interfaces of your projects: from research to information architecture, user flows and Wireframes to the finished UI design. You do not wait for a briefing, but ask the right questions – even the uncomfortable ones. You always think about the needs of the user. Quality does not end for you in the design: You accompany the implementation to detail and stay up to the go level when it comes to optimization and further development. You work in an interdisciplinary team (6–8 people from consulting, project management, design and development) – directly at the customer. You plan and moderate workshops, present concepts before stakeholders and establish design decisions. Design represents our users: from the start. You build design systems: components, variants, documentation. Figma is the gold standard, but we think of tomorrow and are open to new ways. Developer phones with specs, states, responsive behavior are included. With tools like Nordcraft, design and development are closer together. You think in measurable effect: We work pay, data and fact-driven – A/B tests, user interviews, analytics, heatmaps, conversion tunnels. A go-live is the start shot, not the end. You share your knowledge and let others challenge you: design reviews, honest feedback on colleagues' designs, knowledge transfer. Whether you show patterns you've discovered or present in internal formats, learning is part of the role. You use AI in a targeted way, where it makes you faster and better: whether in research synthesis, concept exploration or UX-copy. As a tool that accelerates your thinking, never replaced. You know that good results are less dependent on the tool and more on how precise you can help.

THE BRINGS Multiannual experience in designing and designing digital products, ideally focusing on complex, need-for-explain applications. Conception is yours: You can develop information architectures, structure user flows and develop interaction concepts. You think in complex expertise and translate it into user experiences. You are also curious about long-term customer relationships instead of switching to Autopilot:in. You are at home in Figma: Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Design Tokens. You can not only use design systems, but build and develop them. You can try new tools. Visual craftsmanship and accessibility: typography, color, spacing, responsive design and animations – you design interfaces that are professional and thought-out. Accessibility (WCAG) is a key element for you. Communication: You argue design decisions against developers:inside, PMs and customers. You moderate workshops and realistically value objections. German on C1 level: Our customers: our workshops are German-speaking. English in tools and documentation is of course. The extras (we like to learn together) Data understanding: Heatmaps, conversion data, usage figures – you can translate them into design decisions. No analytics professional required, but the willingness to measure effect, already. You understand how digital products work technically. Technical conditions make your concept better if you think of it early. And you know why some animation ideas developers: bring them to cry. Research is not a foreign word: usability tests, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis – you know which method fits when, and translates findings into design decisions. Your resume has gaps, detours or does not fit 100%? Better! The most exciting stories are rarely straight. Just tell us what you did and why – and what brought you to this role.

DON'T YOU KNOW WHAT? What others call ''flat hierarchies'' – and we actually mean: Your team lead always has an open door, you speak directly with customers instead of over three corners, and if you have an idea, you don't need a ticket for it. Lived work-life integration. Many of us have family or time-intensive hobbies. We are convinced that sustainable balance will continue to bring us to scale as long working days. Specifically, this means: flexible working hours and an understanding handling of kita pick-up times, illness or school holidays. Hybrid work: 3 days remote, 2 days on site at the Hanomaghof. Not because of control, but because exchange in space is what no call replaces. Every second Tuesday: agency standup and joint (veganes) lunch with catering. Fair salary: We pay market-oriented and transparent. We openly discuss the specific salary framework in the first interview. If that's too vague, write us, we'll call you an orientation before you get involved. Continuing and continuing training without lid: conferences, courses, books, certifications – you look for, we make it possible. Modern Tools & Hardware: Mac or Linux, also private. GitHub, Linear, Slack, FIG. AI tools belong to it. No prohibition, no hype, but pragmatic use. And otherwise: Germany ticket and Jobrad leasing, occupational retirement, asset-effective services, corporate fitness, agency celebrations, team events, agency website, cold drinks, very good espresso, fresh fruit and all other agency classics. DEIN WEG ON UNS Get involved with your resume. Show us works you are proud of – portfolio, case studies or individual projects. You decide format and depth. No need to write, but if you like, write us a few sentences. Our first meeting is also by video – but personally is nicer, and our coffee is really good. With it: You, someone from your future team and Jan-Christoph (Managing Director). It's a match? At the meeting you will learn the team, the projects and the Hanomaghof. Common lunch, open questions, real sniffing. A “JA!” from all parties? Then we will send you the draft for your contract and discuss all the details. From day 1: personal onboarding with professional integration, firm response and regular feedback from the first months.

Talk for a second? If you have any questions, are insecure if the roll fits, or just want to get a feeling how we tick: call or write to me. Lena Gaida, People Operations Manager +49 511 700 208 35
