Do you have an eye for detail and want to contribute to the further recovery of orders for the various KLEUSBERG business areas with your structured and efficient operation? Then strengthen our team's alert management in Wissens-Wisserhof and support our sales activities at nationwide locations in the analysis and evaluation of public tenders. search, analysis and selection of relevant tenders (e.g. for the construction of schools, kindergartens and office and administrative buildings for temporary or permanent use). Monitoring the tendering process from the decision to take part in the implementation of the formal and timely submission of tender documents on the platforms. Takeover of communication with the writing-out contractors (booking questions, requests, adjustment of invoices, adjustment of cancellations) and internal interfaces. Preparation and submission of competitions. Operation of the procurement platforms and maintenance of the required documents. Processing and maintenance of master data, evidence and certifications on the current and relevant procurement platforms, searching for new platforms.

Successfully completed commercial training and fluent knowledge of German in word and writing. Professional experience in the sales service, desirable with experience in the processing of public tenders.
