IT-Leiter (mwd)

You develop and control the group-wide IT strategy. You are responsible for budget, investment and external service providers. You lead and develop the international IT team. You coordinate infrastructure & support, ERP & time management and applications & portals. You ensure a stable and secure IT operation. You lead strategic IT and digitization projects (e.g. ERP, Industry 4.0). You drive forward the development of applications and platforms. You are responsible for IT security, data protection and compliance (including TISAX). You optimize IT services, helpdesk and SLA management.

You have a degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of leadership in an IT leadership role. You have well-founded knowledge of ERP systems (ABAS), time management (tisoware) and Microsoft technologies. You are experienced in infrastructure, cloud, IT security and project management. You think strategically, act pragmatically and actively promote change. You communicate in English and German. You are ready to travel in the international environment.
