Within our team Employment Law & Relations of the TÜV Rheinland Group, you are responsible for the employment advice of our Group companies. They advise our managers and HR managers on all labour and social insurance issues as well as tactical and process topics. Taking into account the operational requirements of the respective business unit and the group, you will independently develop solutions and recommendations for action and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards. In addition, you are responsible for the design, testing and independent negotiation of operating arrangements with employee representatives taking into account the group requirements. In addition, you will accompany company change processes as well as M&A projects and will represent TÜV Rheinland before work and social courts as well as in extrajudicial disputes.

Successfully completed first and second legal state exam Ideally, first professional experience in a comparable position with a law firm in employment law or in the legal department of an internationally active company with a focus on labour law Very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law Ideally, first experience in cooperation with works council bodies Very good communication capability, safe occurrence and pleasure in team work Excellent oral and written expressiveness in German and English
