Expert for Compliance and Sustainability (m/f/d)

The following tasks await you with us: Together with your colleagues from different areas at FSM, you ensure that our products meet the relevant European and international requirements in the field of material compliance. You evaluate legal and regulatory requirements for our products and ensure complete, structured and auditable documentation. Compliance and Regulatory topics, together with your colleagues, will be able to implement our product diversity and support audits and certification processes. You develop our material compliance in exchange with internal and external partners: both continue and respond to customer requests on environmental, compliance and sustainability issues. You coordinate the collection of the Corporate Carbon Footprint as well as other sustainability assessments, provide relevant data and keeps the key figures in mind. You actively contribute to the further development of our sustainability strategy and help effectively implement measures.

We'll fit together when you... bring a completed study in the field of economic law, regulatory affairs, sustainability management or a comparable qualification – or have acquired you corresponding expertise through well-founded practical experience. Knowledge of EU policies such as RoHS and REACH and ideally have already gained experience with other international requirements such as POP, Prop 65, PFAS or TSCA. have technical understanding and joy in remembering you in our electronic products, materials, processes and relationships. structured, carefully and solution-oriented work, like to take responsibility and advance topics independently and reliably. prepare complex legal, regulatory and normative requirements in a comprehensible manner and want to translate them into practical solutions together with different teams. happy to work with different teams and external partners, enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
