As an assembly assistant (m/w/d), you are an indispensable part of the production process and, with your precise operation, contribute significantly to the quality of the final product. In the production hall you take exciting and varied tasks, including fitting glass strips, cutting and drawing in rubber material as well as glueing felt. Technical skill and an affinity for detailed work are your success factors.

• You adapt glass strips exactly and ensure perfect processing.
• Rubber is precisely tailored and used by you.
• The gluing of felt is also your responsibility.
• Work closely in the team and support at different production steps.
• You contribute to an optimised production process through your own initiative and commitment.

We are looking for

In order to be successful as an assembly aid (m/w/d), no special prior knowledge is required – careful incorporation ensures that you are optimally prepared. With your craftsmanship and motivation to create practical tasks, you fit perfectly into the team.

• First experience in crafts or production is ideal, but not absolutely necessary.
• You bring a quick understanding and technical understanding.
• Physical resilience and fun at practical work make you feel good.
• Team skills and communication strength are your characteristics.
• Reliability, care and attention for details complete your profile.
