In the role of Expert Total Rewards (m/w/d), you support the development, analysis and optimization of fair and competitive Compensation & Benefits programs – and create real value for employees and organizations through data-based decision-making.

Analysis and benchmarking of remuneration structures and data as well as deriving recommendations for action for management Creation and maintenance of salary bands and support in the annual salary review Participation in and evaluation of salary studies and market comparisons Conducting analyses and simulations as well as creating reports, presentations or Decision templates for HR management and management (More) Development of reports, KPIs and dashboards for monitoring Rewards metrics Implementation of evaluations Support in the further development of remuneration policies and processes Advising HR Business Partners and Executives on Remuneration and Benefits Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal remuneration policies (e.g. EU Pay Transparency Directive) Participation in national and international HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Equal Pay)

Degree in economics, (economic)psychology, HR management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits Extensive experience with compensation analyses, remuneration studies and job evaluation systems Knowledge of relevant processes in operational compensation management Very good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HR systems Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and safe handling of large amounts of data as well as high detail accuracy High level of discretion and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
