About us The Rheinbrückengesellschaft Ludwigshafen-Mannheim mbH (RBG) was founded in 2026 by the cities of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim and the construction project company Ludwigshafen, in order to shape the future of cross-urban Rhine crossings together. As project manager for the Westkreuzbrücke, you are responsible for the building function over all phases of the project You are responsible for the implementation of the project in a timely, cost- and quality-oriented manner and always keeps the project objectives in mind. You accompany procurement and tender procedures and participate in the selection of suitable contractors. You are in close coordination with internal and external project participants, you organize and conduct meetings and take care of all necessary permits, releases and votes with third parties You keep a close look at risks, contracts and supplements and ensure a time-, cost- and quality-oriented project execution.

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering with a focus on constructive engineering, solid construction, construction or a comparable discipline. Thanks to your multi-year professional experience in the construction and project management, you know the challenges of complex construction and infrastructure projects, preferably in bridge and road construction You have pronounced analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working understanding You combine enforcement strength with a clear target and result orientation Excellent German language skills at native language level complete your profile
