Your duties You carry out and develop the service and assembly teams professionally and organizationally. You advise customers technically and develop economic and sustainable solutions concepts. You create, calculate and track offers. You plan, control and monitor projects in terms of quality, costs and appointments. You build existing customer relationships and attract new customers and projects. You optimize internal processes and continuously develop standards. You ensure compliance with technical, legal and safety-relevant requirements. You are the central contact person for customers, suppliers, specialist planners and employees. You work closely with the management, the field service and other internal interfaces. You take over the personnel deployment and holiday planning for the teams and conduct annual discussions

You have a successfully completed master training in the refrigeration planter craftsmanship or as a refrigeration master. You bring relevant professional experience in space air and refrigeration technology. You are delighted to lead employees, develop them and be successful together as a team. You combine technical know-how with economic thinking and a view for practical solutions. You ideally have experience in costing, offering and project management. You are highly and legally binding and attach importance to partnership with customers and employees. You like to take responsibility, make decisions and bring their own ideas into further development. You are safe in handling MS-Office and ideally with pds. You have a class B licence. You are also ready to support sporadically in the field service
