Operations Management Transport (m/f/d)

Operational control and monitoring of all operations of the office (personnel, vehicles, resources) Operations and personnel planning as well as management of the employees of the company Implementation of personnel and disciplinary measures in consultation with the personnel department Take responsibility as a transport manager including compliance with all legal requirements Budget planning, cost control and analysis of operational indicators (MPCR) Communication and cooperation with customers, suppliers, specialist departments, authorities and external partners Implementation and control of quality, safety, environmental and occupational safety standards Initiation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes (CDP) If necessary, support of the operational area (disposition, administration, personnel control, technology)

Complete vocational training in transport/logistics Qualification as a transport manager or the willingness to acquire this timely (costs are taken over by the employer) Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in a transport company Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office and TMS systems Current knowledge of German and English Impressed social competence and very good communication skills in contact with employees and customers
