Full-time Accounting and Administration Team Leader (m/f/d)

Process optimization & digitization: You accompany the continuous development and optimization of our existing ERP and accounting landscape and provide the commercial processes with future-proofing. Technical direction: Complete, independent execution of the main and property accounts accounting and the final preparation according to HGB. Team management & coordination: Technical guidance and control of a fixed specialist (which reliably processes the operational customer and supplier accounting according to your specifications). Management: Overarching organisation, structuring and efficiency increase of administrative processes at the site. Strategic partner: Close exchange and consultation of branch management in business matters as well as interface with external partners such as tax advisors and auditors.

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training or an economic study, ideally with further training to the accounting/financial accountant (m/w/d) or well-founded experience in a comparable position. Experience as a designer: Multiannual professional experience in accounting where you have already proven that you can review, structure and successfully modernise commercial processes. IT and process affinity: You are characterized by a strong understanding of ERP systems and digital workflows and are delighted to adapt systems to the operating workflow optimally. Leadership personality: You have the ability to direct, motivate and clearly structure employees with different focuses. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and good English for international communication.
