For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a specialist in the area of wage billing (m/w/d) in full-time, also for direct staff placement.

Your tasks:

• Data management: Careful collection and updating of personnel and wage data to prepare monthly billing in the SAP system.
• Invoicing instructions: Pre- and post-processing of pay and salary bills for approx. 500 employees in close cooperation with the HR Payroll department.
• certifying and reporting: support in the preparation and management of notifications to public authorities and social security institutions and in the documentation of occupational pension schemes.
• Time management: participation in the collection and evaluation of working hours and representation in the field of time management.

They bring with them:

• Training: completed commercial vocational training with a focus on personnel management, e.g. as a personal service businessman, industrial businessman, businessman for office management, specialist for wage and salary (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Legal knowledge: Basic understanding of German tax and social security law and the willingness to apply legal regulations safely.
• Operation: Structured, independent and precise procedure in the processing of tasks.
• System knowledge: Ideally first experience in handling SAP, alternative affinity and readiness for ERP systems.
• Computer Competence: Secure handling of the current MS Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Reliability: High sense of responsibility for compliance with statutory requirements and timely procedures.
