You are responsible for the further development of integrated safety, health and environmental management and ensure its effectiveness in day-to-day business. Precise culture instead of control

You promote an active understanding of security in the company – through training, dialogue formats and visible presence in operation. Detecting and minimising risks

You analyze hazards, evaluate processes and direct targeted measures for sustainable risk reduction. Professionally manage events You coordinate the work-up of incidents and establish sustainable prevention measures. Support projects

You bring your expertise into investment projects, rebuilds and standstills and ensure that HSE inspections are integrated from the outset. Strengthening networks

You work closely with internal departments as well as international interfaces and promote the exchange of best practices.

Complete studies in a technical or scientific field (e.g. process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable)

Qualification in the field of occupational safety (e.g. occupational safety specialist)

Multiannual experience in an HSE function within an industrial environment, ideally in the process industry

Good knowledge of relevant statutory requirements in work and environmental protection

Practical knowledge in topics such as hazardous materials, plant safety or explosion protection

Communication strength, enforcement ability and the ability to inspire people

Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation

Very good knowledge of German and English
